1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Cejo Doberman website at cejodoberman.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Puppy Sales & Deposits

• All puppies are priced at $550 unless otherwise stated.
• A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit is applied toward the total price.
• The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping.
• Deposits are non-refundable. If you choose not to proceed with the adoption, your deposit will not be returned.
• Cejo Doberman reserves the right to cancel a sale if an applicant does not meet our adoption requirements.

3. Health Guarantee

• All puppies come with a 2-year genetic health guarantee covering hereditary conditions.
• The health guarantee is void if the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt.
• The guarantee does not cover illness, injury, or conditions caused by environmental factors, negligence, or improper care after purchase.
• In the event of a covered genetic defect, Cejo Doberman will offer a replacement puppy from a future litter at no charge. We do not offer cash refunds.

4. Shipping

• Shipping is available to most locations in the United States.
• Shipping fees are separate from the adoption fee and vary by destination.
• Cejo Doberman uses licensed, climate-controlled pet transport services.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, airline policy changes, or events outside our control.

5. Adoption Requirements

By submitting an inquiry or deposit, you confirm that you meet our adoption requirements, including but not limited to: being 21 or older, having stable housing, and committing to proper training, socialization, and veterinary care for your Doberman.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, graphics, and logos — is the property of Cejo Doberman and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cejo Doberman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the adoption of a puppy beyond the original purchase price paid.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
